Hello swim families - sorry for any confusion about meet sign-ups.  We had to update our process last year, so this piece is still feeling new to us for this year!  We need all the parents to follow the instructions in this email in order to have your swimmer available for the meet rosters, and to register your swimmers for each meet they will attend.

It should only take about a minute and the instructions are below. The software we use to run the meets was upgraded last year, and it requires you to add your swimmers in a different website. The benefit to you will be additional features through the Swimmingly Fan app throughout the meets and season. Once you have registered your swimmers for the 2022 season, this is also where you will declare their attendance for each meet!

Parent/Guardian Instructions:

1. Sign-up or sign-in (if you are a returning family) for your Swimmingly Clubhouse account at clubhouse.swimmingly.app

2. Choose the 2022 Suburban Swim League season

3. Select your children. If you have any children that are new to the team or that you don't see listed, you can click the 'Add Swimmer' button to add them, and you will just enter name, gender, and birth date.

4. Click submit!

That's it! Your children are ready to be entered in the meets!
