Why: After you register your swimmer(s) using the instructions below, they'll automatically populate on the team roster and become active for the season!
You must register & sign-up your swimmer(s) using these instructions to participate in the season. Swimmingly is used for meet declarations, tracking swim times, managing swim meet rosters, and MORE!
The steps below are required for ALL (new and returning) swimmers to swim in meets this season.
Windermere - Club Registration Code
The Windermere Swim Team will provide a unique registration code for the season.
Returning Parents with an active Swimmingly account

Swimmingly Meet Registration
Who: Windermere Parent/Guardians
When: 2-4 days prior to a scheduled swim meet. See Meet Registration Deadlines.
Where: https://clubhouse.swimmingly.app/login
Why: Informing the Windermere coaching staff of swimmers' attendance ensures inclusion in the meet's heat sheet roster.
Instructions
- In the Swimmingly Clubhouse, navigate to the Meet Schedule tab and select on the meet in which you'd like to declare your swimmers.
- Declare your swimmers as "attending" or "not attending".
That's it! The Windermere coaching staff will now be able to view your meet declarations for the upcoming swim meet(s).
