Hello swim families!  A few quick updates for the mock meet on Friday - more details coming soon, but some initial info:

• We will be declaring (signing up) all swimmers for the mock meet on Friday so that Coach Emily can work on the heat sheet later today.  IF YOU KNOW THAT YOUR SWIMMER WILL NOT BE THERE FRIDAY, RESPOND TO THIS MESSAGE AND LET ME KNOW BY 4PM TODAY.  Being able to remove them from the lineup today would be helpful!  If swimmers don't show on Friday, we can skip them at that time as needed, but knowing in advance would help the meet run efficiently.
• Swimmers should be at the pool and ready to swim by 8:00am on Friday.  We will have a warmup for everyone, and then start the mock meet with all the 6 & under events (probably done around 9am), followed by the rest of the age group events (done by 10:45am).  The purpose of the mock meet is to have a trial run of a meet with just our team so that new swimmers can get a feel for how the meet runs, and we can get some times logged before the first dual meet next Tuesday!

More information for the mock meet will be available before Friday morning.  For future meets, there will be a different process to declare your swimmer and we will provide details when action is needed.
