Hello Dolphins!

Tomorrow is our first away meet against Plum Creek! Since our meets run on volunteer power, we ask that you please show up for your shift on time so that the meet can run as efficiently as possible. If you are not sure what you should be doing, please ask, all the board members are here to help! With a little extra help, we can keep the meet moving and ensure that every parent gets to see their kiddos swim all of their events. Thank you for your help with this. Here is some helpful information about the meet:

*Heat sheet and lineup by swimmer is attached below.

*Gentle reminder that not all kids may be swimming every event. We must keep each event down to 5 heats and one heat for relays. Heat sheets take a lot of time and effort by Coach Emily so please be gracious. 

*There will be a meet manager at the entrance to the pool. For this meet, it will be Molly Shade. ALL swimmers and volunteers need to check-in with the meet manager when they arrive. Please have your swimmer's number on their right shoulder prior to checking in. You will also want to put their events on their arm - if you need help doing this, the coaches can help before and after warmups.

*Warm ups are at 4:30. All swimmers will need to be at the pool and ready to get in the water before 4:30, so plan to arrive around 4:15. The meet will begin at 5:00.

*Directions to Plum Creek: 

• 12338 Medalist Pkwy, Carmel IN
• Take 116th St. West to River Rd. and turn right. Take River Road to the entrance to the Plum Creek Subdivision (stop sign) and veer left into the subdivision. Take the second left and the pool and barn will be on your left.
