Hello Windermere swim families!  We are quickly approaching next week's league season-culminating invitational, which will take place at Fishers High School on Thursday, June 27th.  The invitational takes up most of the day, typically starting between 8-9am with the 6 & unders, then progressing to two sessions of ages 7-14, and finally a coaches relay and spirit competition at the end.  The day usually wraps up around 3:00pm.

We need to submit our final lineup by TOMORROW, so we need to know whether your swimmer will be there!  Please go into swimmingly and declare whether your swimmer will be participating in the invitational or not - declarations are open until 9am tomorrow morning.  Any undeclared swimmers will be assumed to not participate.

Also, with all the teams participating in the high school pool, swimmers must be able to swim unassisted for the distance of their events.  For example, if any 6 & unders are observed to be unable to swim their meet distance without support in the water, they will be asked not to swim the remainder of their events.  Please only declare swimmers who can meet this criteria; feel free to ask coach Emily if you are unsure!  There will be spotters in the water during 6 & unders for safety purposes only, and no spotters for ages 7+.  These league rules for the invitational are solely in effort to make sure that this fun celebratory and seasonal event does not put any swimmers at risk.
