Hello and Welcome to 2026 Windermere Dolphins Swim Team!

We are so happy to have you and your family be part of the swim team this year! We hope you and your kid(s) will really enjoy the experience and have a fun summer at the pool. We have 74 swimmers this year which will make it a great season!

In addition, there are a few topics we want to address before the season starts.

1 - Our coach from the last several years, Emily Ratliff Guerrero, had a baby in February! While her plans were to return as head coach this year, she had some planned absences that would make it challenging to effectively coach this season, on top of new parent logistic considerations. As a result, Emily has recommended that Maddy Page take the head coach reins this summer and Maddy has agreed!

2 - A note from our Mentors & Minnows chair, Mindy Stephenson:

The Windermere swim team has a wonderful tradition to foster companionship between the younger and older swimmers. Swimmers ages 9 & older will decorate posters for swimmers 8 & under. If you have a swimmer 9 & older please make arrangements to allow them to decorate a poster before or after practice. The posters will be on display Tuesday, 6/2, at our first home meet. Poster decorating supplies will be available…
